Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the GrowMate AI software and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
1. The service
GrowMate provides AI-assisted business marketing, content, lead, customer, website and publishing tools. Features can change, and third-party integrations may be unavailable or subject to their own approval, limits and terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity carried out through your GrowMate account. Do not share access or attempt to access another customer's data.
3. Your content
You retain responsibility for photographs, business information, customer information and other material you provide. You must have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to upload and use it. Do not upload material you are not authorised to use.
4. AI-generated content
AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review generated text and images before publishing. Do not present an AI-generated illustrative image as a real completed customer job, invent testimonials, awards, qualifications, prices or guarantees, or make misleading claims.
5. Social publishing
When you connect a social account, you authorise GrowMate to use the permissions you approve. Publishing remains subject to the connected platform's rules, permissions, availability and review processes. GrowMate does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, publish or keep any content.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use GrowMate for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, impersonation, deceptive advertising, malicious content, infringement of intellectual property, or content that violates a connected platform's rules.
7. Paid services
Where a paid subscription is offered, its price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Third-party payment processing is handled by the payment provider.
8. Availability and limitations
We aim to keep GrowMate available and secure, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation. AI providers, hosting services and social platforms can experience outages, changes or restrictions outside GrowMate's control.
9. Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Business customers may also have separate responsibilities as data controllers when they use GrowMate to process their customers' information.
10. Contact and complaints
Use GrowMate's in-app Help & Support area for service, privacy or account questions.
11. Updates
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
